| dc.description | It is intended to make a proposal for the implementation of an occupational risk management system in a SME in the audiovisual sector, based on ISO 45.001:2018. The company has less than 10 workers, its staff and equipment, move anywhere in the Spanish geography, collaborate with other companies and freelancers involved in the same processes of assembly and disassembly of shows. The main objective of the work is to provide the company with an initial proposal for an occupational health and safety management system to assist in the organization of legal activities (permits, authorizations, etc.) and the prevention of accidents. Updating and improving the system according to its needs through audits. Consequently, the company will provide safe and healthy workplaces independent of the place where it is located, wrapping the workers with effective protection and prevention measures. In conclusion, it is intended to make a proposal for the implementation of a management system based on ISO 45001:2018, which will provide the organization with a unique risk management tool and provide safer and healthier spaces for its staff regardless of the workplace in which they are located. | dc.description.abstract | Se pretende realizar una propuesta de implementación de un sistema de gestión de riesgos laborales en una PYME del sector audiovisual, basado en la norma ISO 45.001:2018. La empresa tiene menos de 10 trabajadores, su personal y equipos, se desplazan por cualquier lugar de la geografía española, colaboran con otras empresas y autónomos que participan en los mismos procesos de montaje y desmontaje de espectáculos. Dotar a la empresa de una propuesta inicial de sistema de gestión la seguridad y salud en el trabajo para ayudar a la organización de las actividades legales (permisos, autorizaciones, etc.) y la prevención de accidentes, es el objetivo principal del trabajo. Actualizando y mejorando el sistema conforme a sus necesidades mediante auditorias. En consecuencia, la empresa proporcionará lugares de trabajos seguros y saludables independiente lugar en el que se encuentre, arropando a los trabajadores con medidas de protección y prevención eficaces. Como conclusión, se pretende realizar una propuesta de implementación de un sistema de gestión basado en ISO 45001:2018, que dotará a la organización de una herramienta única de gestión de los riesgos y proporcionar espacios más seguros y saludables para su personal independientemente del lugar de trabajo en el que se encuentren.
