| dc.description | The construction sector has been and continues to be the sector with the greatest adverse conditions, in every way. The nature of the tasks carried out in this sector, means that the risks of accidents are always present, therefore, it is necessary to continue intervening in occupational safety issues to try to minimize the risks of this sector represents, in this way, avoid as much as possible that workers are injured. In this sense, job training in occupational safety can represent a tool that can be integrated in a planned manner into strategies in Occupational Risk Prevention, in a very particular way in construction sites. Part of the problem of this situation is due to that even today, what really should be applied in terms of job training and what education represents is confused. It is also important to mention the role played by government authorities, business societies, civil associations, etc., with respect to the economic resources allocated to the part of job training and the types of courses they offer. | dc.description.abstract | El sector de la construcción, ha sido y sigue siendo el sector con mayores condiciones adversas, en todos los sentidos. La naturaleza propia de las tareas que se llevan a cabo en dicho sector, hace que los riesgos de sufrir accidentes estén siempre presentes, por ello, se hace necesario continuar interviniendo en cuestiones de seguridad laboral para tratar de reducir al mínimo los riesgos de dicho sector representa y de esta manera, evitar en lo posible que los trabajadores se accidenten. En este sentido, la capacitación laboral en materia de seguridad laboral, puede representar una herramienta que se pueda integrar de manera planificada a las estrategias en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales, de manera muy particular en las obras de construcción. Parte de la problemática de esta situación es debida a que aun hoy en día, se confunde lo que realmente debe aplicarse en materia de capacitación laboral y lo que representa la educación. Igualmente es importante mencionar el papel que desempeñan las autoridades gubernamentales, sociedades empresariales, asociaciones civiles, etc., respecto a los recursos económicos destinados a la parte de la capacitación laboral y los tipos de cursos que ofrecen.
