dc.descriptionThe Principles for Responsible Investment in Agriculture and Food Systems (CFS-RAI) are valid instruments for project management that can guide better decision-making. Given that it is complex to implement the CFS-RAI principles in their full breadth, this research analyzed and prioritized objectives related to the main problems of the agri-food sector in the central highlands of Peru. The research was carried out within the framework of the second edition of the International Business Program on the CFS-RAI principles in collaboration with FAO, carried out by GESPLAN of the Polytechnic University of Madrid (UPM), as part of the activities of the letters of FAO-UPM agreement. 43 people participated in the program, representatives of 24 companies and 8 universities from 8 countries, one of the working groups being that of the central highlands of Peru, made up of seven people and coordinated by the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos (UNMSM). The group held five discussion workshops and obtained prioritization by averaging the individual contribution of each member. The five highest priority objectives are presented, by principle, that should be considered in the process of implementing the CFS-RAI principles in the central highlands of Peru. dc.description.abstractLos Principios de Inversión Responsable en Agricultura y los Sistemas Alimentarios (CSA-IRA) son instrumentos válidos para la dirección de proyectos que pueden orientar una mejor toma de decisiones. Dado que resulta complejo implementar los principios CSA-IRA en toda su amplitud, en esta investigación se analizó y priorizó objetivos relacionados a los principales problemas del sector agroalimentario de la sierra central de Perú. La investigación se realizó en el marco de la segunda edición del Programa Internacional Empresarial sobre los principios CSA-IRA en colaboración con FAO, llevado a cabo por GESPLAN de la Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (UPM), como parte de las actividades de las cartas de acuerdo FAO-UPM. En el programa participaron 43 personas, representantes de 24 empresas y 8 universidades de 8 países, siendo uno de los grupos de trabajo el de la sierra central de Perú, integrado por siete personas y coordinado por la Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos (UNMSM). El grupo realizó cinco talleres de debate y obtuvo la priorización promediando el aporte individual de cada miembro. Se presenta los cinco objetivos de mayor prioridad, por principio, que deberían ser considerados en el proceso de implementación de los principios CSA-IRA en la sierra central de Perú.
