| dc.description | A series of problems have been detected in the atomised tile manufacturing company that influence the quality of the product and in turn have repercussions on the integrity of the tiles manufactured with this material. In this work, the stages that make up the production process have been studied, from the reception of the raw material to the loading of the lorry tubs with the atomised product, with the aim of detecting the causes that are affecting the quality of the product obtained. The stages of storage and dosing of the raw material will be of special interest due to their great influence on the quality of the final product. In addition, tests will be carried out in the company's quality laboratory in order to improve the identification of the causes of existing problems. Finally, a series of improvements will be proposed as well as an economic evaluation of the cost of the study carried out. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | En la empresa de fabricación de atomizados se han detectado una serie de problemas que influyen sobre la calidad del producto y a su vez repercutirán en la integridad de los azulejos fabricados con este material. En este trabajo se han estudiado las etapas que conforman el proceso productivo, desde la recepción de la materia prima hasta la carga de las bañeras de los camiones con el atomizado producido con el fin de detectar las causas que están afectando a la calidad del producto obtenido. Será objeto de especial interés las etapas de almacenamiento y dosificación de la materia prima por su gran influencia en la calidad del producto final. Además, se llevarán a cabo ensayos en el laboratorio de calidad de la empresa con el fin de mejorar la identificación de las causas de los problemas existentes. Finalmente, se propondrán una serie de mejoras así como una valoración económica del coste del estudio realizado. | es_ES |
