| dc.description | Artificial intelligence (AI) is a combination of technologies, a driver for knowledge management and the great challenge facing society, in aspects such as information management. The White Paper on Artificial Intelligence, published by the European Commission in February 2020, also indicates the need to improve professional skills, better use of data, learning analytics and the application of predictive models for decision making. In this context, Project Management is a profession that is already affected by this revolution, if we take advantage of the benefits provided by AI systems, we can optimize management processes, improve the analysis of information generated in projects and optimize the decision making of the Project Manager. In this paper, a prospective analysis is made on these aspects, including the impact of AI on knowledge management and, especially, on decision making. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | La inteligencia artificial (IA) es una combinación de tecnologías, motor para la gestión del conocimiento y el gran reto al que se enfrenta la sociedad, en aspectos como la gestión de la información. El Libro Blanco sobre inteligencia artificial, publicado por la Comisión Europea en febrero de 2020, también indica la necesidad de mejorar las cualificaciones profesionales, un mejor uso de los datos, análisis del aprendizaje y la aplicación de modelos predictivos para la toma de decisiones. En este contexto, la Dirección de Proyectos es una profesión que ya se encuentra afectada por esta revolución, si aprovechamos las ventajas que nos proporciona los sistemas IA, podremos optimizar procesos de gestión, mejorar el análisis de información generada en los proyectos y optimizar la toma de decisiones del Director del Proyecto. En el presente trabajo se realiza un análisis prospectivo, sobre estos aspectos, incluyendo el impacto de la IA en la gestión del conocimiento y en especial, en la toma de decisiones. | es_ES |
