This communication delves into the definition of the idea of hybrid project management, with the purpose of clarifying its meaning and exposing its difficulties, with a double objective. Este enfoque de gestión ha ido ganando relevancia en los últimos años, a raíz del impacto de la agilidad, y la necesidad de flexibilizar el enfoque de gestión más tradicional en función de la naturaleza del proyecto y su contexto. Esta comunicación profundiza en la definición de la idea de gestión híbrida de proyectos, con el propósito de clarificar su significado y exponer sus dificultades, con un doble objetivo.
