| dc.description | Este trabajo estudia la utilidad de los métodos de decisión multicriterio, con especial atención al Proceso Analítico Jerárquico (AHP), en la valoración de elementos patrimoniales de tipo industrial. Se analizan las particularidades de las muestras a valorar y las oportunidades y dificultades que presentan las principales metodologías multicriterio al aplicarse en este campo. A través de la adaptación de estos métodos al problema de estudio, el trabajo desarrolla una metodología de análisis y valoración de los elementos patrimoniales identificados. El presente trabajo representa la continuación de un trabajo previo de desarrollo de una metodología para la identificación, selección y clasificación de elementos patrimoniales de tipo industrial, presentado en el XVII Congreso Internacional de Dirección e Ingeniería de Proyectos celebrado en Julio de 2013 en Logroño. De este modo se completa la propuesta de una estrategia global de actuación sobre el patrimonio industrial español, que va desde la selección y clasificación de elementos hasta su valoración y protección. | dc.description.abstract | This paper studies the utility of multicriteria decision methods, with special attention to the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), in the assessment of the industrial heritage’s elements. The work analyzes the peculiarities of these assets and the opportunities and problems presented by the use of the most important multicriteria methodologies to be applied in this field. By adapting these methods to the problem of study this work develops a methodology for analysis and evaluation of the identified elements. Moreover, this work continues a previous paper in which a methodology for the identification, selection and classification of immovable properties of industrial type was developed. Work which was presented during the 17th International Congress on Project Management and Engineering, held in July 2013 in Logroño, Spain. Thus, a global approach for the study of these assets is proposed, that goes from their selection and classification to their valuation and protection.
