| dc.description | Este trabajo aborda la especialización sectorial de la Industria Mueblera de la Región Ciénega de Jalisco, México, que permita establecer políticas de acción para su permanencia en este mercado hipercompetitivo. Se hace un análisis del comportamiento de los principales productores de la región que permitieron esta especialización, ya que es un espacio territorial en donde los principales suministros de esta industria no abundan, de ahí que no se entienda de alguna forma esta especialización, pero que en cierta forma ayuda a la convergencia de otras estructuras productivas regionales, lo que ha influido en el crecimiento económico de la región. Se aborda un análisis descriptivo sobre este proceso de especialización productiva, para generar estrategias que permitan hacer frente a las tendencias y cambios del sector. Por último se estudia la relación entre esta especialización y el desarrollo regional mediante la descomposición de los efectos derivados de esta estructura sectorial. | dc.description.abstract | This paper addresses the sector specialization of the Furniture Industry of the Ciénega region of Jalisco, México, in order to establish political action to remain in this hypercompetitive market. An analysis of the behavior of the leading producers in the region that allowed this specialization is done as it is a territory where the main supplies of this industry are abound , hence not somehow understand this specialization, but in somehow helps the convergence of other regional productive structures , which has influenced the economic growth of the region. A descriptive analysis of this process of specialization is addressed to generate strategies to deal with trends and changes in the industry. Finally the relationship between this specialization and regional development by decomposition of the effects of the sector structure is studied.
