| dc.description | El objetivo de esta investigación es identificar, una vez decidido por parte del Ayuntamiento la instalación o la renovación de su alumbrado público, las condiciones que deberían cumplir las “instalaciones óptimas” en términos económicos, técnicos, sociales y medioambientales; cumpliendo siempre la normativa en vigor y teniendo en cuenta las diferencias entre municipios. Se pretende además, concretar estas condiciones en forma de indicadores que den soporte al técnico municipal en la toma de decisiones, en el momento en que el debe elegir o asesorar en la elección, de entre las ofertas que se hayan presentado. Se ha realizado un análisis cualitativo-cuantitativo de datos, para ello se ha dispuesto del software de análisis de datos o CAQDAS (Computer Assisted Qualitative Data Analysis Software) denominado Atlas Ti Ver.8. La conclusión ha sido aportar una serie de parámetros que se consideran necesarios para evaluar las licitaciones de alumbrado público. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Nowadays City Council are promoting tender procedures to renovate the public lighting. The objective of this research is to identify the conditions that "optimal facilities" should meet in economic, technical, social and environmental terms; always complying with the current regulations and taking into account the differences between municipalities. It is also intended to establish indicators that give support to the municipal technician in the decision making at the moment in which he must advise in the selection among the offers that have been presented. A qualitative-quantitative analysis of data based in research papers has been carried out. For this analysis the software or CAQDAS (Computer Assisted Qualitative Data Analysis Software) called Atlas Ti Ver.8 has been provided. Finally a relation of parameters has been proposed.
