Abstract

The Project Management Platform is an unprecedented initiative in the market, which responds to the demands made by Industrial Engineers in relation to Project Management. This tool provides an integral solution (at low cost) and is supported by a working methodology of Industrial Engineering obtained as a result of the previous Feasibility Study (financed jointly by the Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Trade through the Avanza SME Program). This online tool allows: • Have an own website where manage projects, covering the stages of drafting, technical leadership and legalization. • Have a Catalog Project Type with information about the legal steps and associated document for each project. • Standardize business processes in a methodological form, increasing the speed and reducing management costs. • Knowing the project's progress through indicators of time, cost and risk. • Share plans, records, catalogs... and any information anywhere and anytime. • Network Connect to any external or internal partner. • Allow different levels of accessibility by type and user profile. • Use of electronic signature.
