REPERCUSIÓN DE LA LEY “OMNIBUS” EN EL EJERCICIO DE LA ACTIVIDAD PROFESIONAL DE LA INGENIERÍA DE PROYECTOS.

Abstract

The transposition of the European Directive of Services to the Spanish regulation removed to effect with the Law called "Umbrella" and as consequence, the promulgation of the Law 25/2008, named "bus" was necessary. It modifies 47 laws, among them the law of professional’s colleges. This law will have a significant repercussion in the professional activity of the engineering since it questions the need to become a member of association to exercise the profession and it limits the need to visar the professional works. On the other hand, it does prescription on the cost of the visados and at the same time it attributes to the professional colleges civil subsidiary responsibility. Though there are hanging the decrees that will determine the collegiate professions and the works that must be visados, it is undoubted that, the new law is going to have repercussions in the professional activity. This work tries to analyze new circumstances and its probable consequences. Keywords: professional services; professional association; professional visa
