| dc.description | Este trabajo muestra los primeros resultados en el análisis de tendencias recientes en la investigación sobre dirección y gestión de proyectos (Project Management, PM), tal como estas se ven reflejadas en trabajos publicados en revistas indexadas en las bases de datos bibliográficas del Journal of Citation Reports® (JRC). La metodología de análisis se ha basado en la identificación de conceptos o palabras clave que figuren dentro de artículos publicados en una revista científica especializada en PM, con alto índice de impacto, obtenidos para un determinado rango temporal, comparándolos con un diccionario de términos sobre PM, y posteriormente identificando la frecuencia de ocurrencia, y la red de relaciones entre los conceptos identificados en la bibliografía. La utilidad del trabajo se basa en el diagnóstico de la situación actual y evolución de la disciplina, y la identificación de nuevas líneas de investigación prometedoras que puedan ser contrastadas con la realidad actual de la dirección de proyectos y su puesta en práctica. | dc.description.abstract | This work shows the first results in an analysis of recent trends in Project Management (PM) research, as they are reflected in works published in journals indexed in bibliographic databases of the Journal of Citation Reports® (JRC).The methodology of analysis is based in the identification of key words or concepts found in a specialized PM journal, with high impact factor, obtained for a given temporal range, and comparing them with a PM term dictionary. Then, the frequency of occurrence and the network of relationships among identified terms is analysed. The utility of this work is based in the diagnosis of the current state of the art and the evolution of the discipline, and the identification of new and promising research lines which could be compared with the current situation of PM and its practice.
