| dc.description | En este trabajo desarrollamos y evaluamos un nuevo sistema de indicadores cuyo objetivo es evaluar el desempeño medioambiental en los entornos portuarios. Para la validación de los mismos se ha tenido en cuenta la correlación entre el nivel de actividad del puerto en cuestión, con en nivel de impactos. De forma que al mismo tiempo que medimos los impactos absolutos, controlamos en nivel de los mismos en relación a la producción de la infraestructura portuaria, de modo que obtenemos una suerte de medida de la eficiencia de las políticas medioambientales excluyendo el sesgo de las variaciones de actividad. | dc.description.abstract | In this paper we develop and evaluate a new system of indicators aimed at assessing the environmental performance in port environments. To validate these taken into account the correlation between the level of port activity in question, at the level of impacts. So that while we measure the impacts absolute control on the same level in relation to the production of port infrastructure, so we get a kind of measure of the efficiency of environmental policies excluding bias changes activity.
