| dc.description | Las Tecnologías de la Información han adquirido un nivel de madurez importante tanto en aspectos de programación, como en comunicaciones y uso. Hoy el nivel de riqueza de un país puede medirse por el número de usuarios de dichas tecnologías. Con la extensión de su uso se puede pensar en contenidos adaptados a diferentes sectores de usuarios para cubrir sus necesidades. Con la realización de este proyecto se piensa cubrir una demanda de herramientas de cálculo on-line que puede empezar en la etapa de la formación del ingeniero pero puede seguir siendo útil en su etapa profesional, permitiendo de esta manera, mantener una relación más extensa con la universidad. Con ello se cree que será más fácil acercar la industria a la universidad y a la inversa. El uso de las herramientas en la etapa de formación permitirá a los alumnos centrarse en resolver los problemas técnicos antes que perderse en un laberinto de fórmulas. Una adaptación posterior del portal al formato PDA permitirá, dada la proliferación de redes wifi, disponer de un formulario permanentemente actualizado. | dc.description.abstract | The Technologies of the Information have acquired a level of important maturity in programming aspects, communications and use. Today the economic level of a country can be measured by the number of users of these technologies. With the extension of their use, we can think on tailored content for different user sectors to meet their needs. With the completion of this project is intended to cover a demand for calculation tools on-line that can begin at the stage of formation of the engineer but can still be useful in his professional stage, allowing in this way to maintain a relationship with the university. This is believed to be easier to bring the industry to university and vice versa. The use of these tools in their formative stage will allow students to focus on resolving the technical problems rather than get lost in a maze of formulas. A posterior adaptation of the portal to enable PDA format, it will permit to having a permanently updated device for engineering calculation.
