ASPECTOS PRIORITARIOS PARA EL DESARROLLO QUE IMPULSEN LA CONSTRUCCIÓN DEL FUTURO REGIONAL POR MEDIO DE LA PROSPECTIVA

Abstract

The Futurology increases the social aptitude to elaborate a project of collective future putting it to the service of the common good. The experience offers to the regional entities a set of directives to reach the wished future, defining from now the measures to take for the construction of the above mentioned future. The proposed strategies consider the documentary analysis of the plans of development to identify trends, to others of the consultation to the social actors of a direct way, identifying the potential sectors and his relation with the University. The qualitative and quantitative analysis of the gathered information, there stimulates the identification of the priority aspects propellents of the regional development and in turn the relation of relevancy of the Táchira University (UNET) with each of the aspects, emphasizing that the information generates of the own discussion and consensus of the social actors. Among the obtained results there is had the identification of four areas of relevancy that are interrelated: Regional Information, Generation of Share capital, Local Endogenous Development and Quality of life, to others the identification of priority aspects placed in these four areas. The above mentioned aspects will use for the construction of the wished future. Keywords: Development, Relevancy, Future
