ESTUDIO DE DISPERSIÓN DE CONTAMINANTES EN LA ATMÓSFERA: UNA PROPUESTA METODOLÓGICA

Abstract

The preoccupation by the quality of the air that we breathed, as well as the consequences for the climate could have the emission of certain substances to the atmosphere, have caused that in the last years considered, with greater assiduity, the accomplishment of studies of atmospheric dispersion in those projects that produce emissions to the atmosphere. Nevertheless given the considerable specificity of this study, usually it exists a certain ignorance about how making it, which even gives rise to important errors, that they could be the sufficiently important thing as to force the corresponding environmental organ to ask for corrections on the study, and, in the most serious cases, to force its repetition, with the consequent delay in the transaction of the file of evaluation of the environmental assessment, and, as a result of it, the delay in the transaction of the complete project. This paper is centered in analyzing the errors that have been committed with greater assiduity in the carried out studies in Spain, as well as in giving a series of recommendations that consider equipment to take to good term a study of these characteristics.
