PLAN DE MEJORA PARA UNA EMPRESA LIDER EN INGENIERÍA CIVIL BASADO EN LA METODOLOGÍA DE DIRECCIÓN DE PROYECTOS

Abstract

At this work, a company has been audited to propose improvements related to the management of their projects, in order to improve the results obtained, in terms of quality, cost, term ... Information has been obtained through direct observation process. Furthermore, project team has been surveilled to know their point of view and opinions, and also gather further information, as a result of their consolidated background at the company. The first survey, has been done in order to check whether the problems observed are usual, or casual instead. On the other hand, our objective with the second survey was to know the personal valuation of each team member, how important those problems are from their point of view, and also how much them affect to their daily work. Finally, after an exhaustive analysis, the aim is suggesting improvements, mostly related to the project management and Scrum methodologies, which can enhance productivity and efficiency of the performed tasks, and improve the daily environment at the workplace.
