dc.descriptionIPMA ICB4 se centra en el desarrollo competencial del director de proyectos con un enfoque principalmente basado en el individuo. La estructura de una competencia desde el cognitivismo implica la adquisición de componentes cognitivos, afectivos y metacognitivos. Encontrándose asociados a dominios técnicos, contextuales y personales. Sustentados por procesos cognitivos básicos tales como atención, motivación, memoria, aprendizaje, razonamiento, resolución de problemas y toma de decisiones. Las actuales líneas de investigación, establecen la importancia de la emoción y la autoregulación en la formación del proceso cognitivo. En el presente trabajo, se ofrece una conceptualización de la competencia en dirección de proyectos, bajo el modelo IPMA, desde la neurociencia, dando lugar al concepto de neurocompetencia como constructo soportado por el cerebro biológico, mediante una red neurocognitiva de gran plasticidad y máxima eficiencia. Para el desarrollo de la competencia, se han desarrollado un conjunto de técnicas, entre las que se encuentran el neurobiofeedback, la computación cognitiva y la enseñanza a partir de big data. Siendo éstas técnicas revisadas, para llevar a cabo una propuesta de su articulación en la gestión de la madurez de la neurocompetencia del director de proyectos a lo largo de su ciclo profesional.es_ES
dc.description.abstractIPMA ICB4 focuses on the competence development of the project manager with a focus mainly based on the individual. The structure of a competence from cognitivism implies the acquisition of cognitive, affective and metacognitive components. Being associated with technical, contextual and personal domains. Sustained by basic cognitive processes such as attention, motivation, memory, learning, reasoning, problem solving and decision making. The current lines of research establish the importance of emotion and self-regulation in the formation of the cognitive process. In the present work, a conceptualization of the competence in project management is offered, under the IPMA model, from neuroscience, giving rise to the concept of neurocompetence as a construct supported by the biological brain, through a neurocognitive network of great plasticity and maximum efficiency. A set of techniques have been developed, among which are neurobiofeedback, cognitive computing and teaching from big data. Being these techniques revised, to carry out a proposal of its articulation in the management of the maturity of the neurocompetence of the projects manager throughout his professional cycle.biological brain, through a neurocognitive network of great plasticity and maximum efficiency.es_ES
