| dc.description | En el presente trabajo se presenta la evaluación del riesgo biológico al que puede encontrarse expuesto el personal que trabaja en las áreas de biometanización en las plantas de tratamiento de residuos de origen urbanos. Para realizar la evaluación inicial del riesgo biológico se ha utilizado el método Biogaval como método de referencia. El método Biogaval resulta una forma simplificada de evaluar la exposición al riesgo biológico, y proporciona ayuda para priorizar la aplicación de medidas preventivas de control. Es una metodología que permite cuantificar y valorar las exposiciones a agentes biológicos en relación a las prescripciones legalmente establecidas sobre la protección de los trabajadores contra los riesgos para la salud y su seguridad. Constituye un instrumento de interés dirigido a estimar la magnitud de los riesgos que no se han podido evitar. Como herramienta de apoyo se ha utilizado la base de datos Biodat, que ofrece información sobre la posible presencia de agentes biológicos en diferentes sectores de actividad laboral. La metodología aplicada ha resultado ser útil y práctica en la evaluación de los riesgos biológicos de los puestos evaluados. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | In the present work the evaluation of the biological risk to which the personnel working in the areas of biomethanization in the urban waste treatment plants can be exposed is presented. To carry out the initial assessment of biological risk, the Biogaval method has been used as a reference method. The Biogaval method is a simplified way of assessing exposure to biological risk, and provides help to prioritize the application of preventive control measures. It is a methodology that allows quantifying and assessing exposures to biological agents in relation to the legally established requirements on the protection of workers against health risks and their safety. It is an instrument of interest aimed at estimating the magnitude of the risks that could not be avoided. As a support tool, the Biodat database has been used, which offers information on the possible presence of biological agents in different sectors of work activity. The methodology applied has proved to be useful and practical in the evaluation of the biological risks of the evaluated posts. | es_ES |
