ANÁLISIS DE METODOLOGÍAS DE DIRECCIÓN DE PROYECTOS APLICADAS EN DIFERENTES ORGANIZACIONES COLOMBIANAS

Abstract

In the present communication, We analize the behavior, structure of different management methodologies applied in a group of Colombian organizations, with the purpose of identifying differential schemes that allow to establish typologies, for methodologies, for each one of the sectors to which the organization belongs who was part of the study. For the development of the research work, a qualitative approach with exploratory and descriptive scope was used, evaluating 25 different methodologies of companies participating in the study, under a comparative scheme against schemes referred to by professional standards. With the development of the study, typologies were established for the reference methodologies for each sector, a preliminary scheme for the Colombian context was established, and opportunities for improvement for the organizations in the implementation of project management were proposed.
