| dc.description | En la Unión Europea, cerca de la mitad de la energía que se consume lo hace en sector de la edificación. Esto, unido al compromiso de alcanzar lo acordado en el Protocolo de Kioto, en cuanto a consumo energético y emisiones de gases de efecto invernadero, hacen que se estén produciendo cambios en la normativa reguladora del sector, orientándose el mismo hacia la consecución de edificios de bajo coste energético. En España, desde el 1 de junio de 2013, es obligatorio poner a disposición de los compradores y/o usuarios el certificado de eficiencia energética cada vez que se construyan, reformen, rehabiliten, vendan o alquilen edificios o unidades de estos. En el caso de edificación existente, el certificado propondrá una serie de medidas destinadas a mejorar la calificación energética, indicando el impacto de cada una de ellas. El objetivo del presente trabajo es estudiar pormenorizadamente los resultados obtenidos tras implementar las diferentes medidas de ahorro energético en edificación existente, a través de la creación de curvas marginales a largo plazo, mostrando los resultados de ahorro obtenidos en relación con el coste de aplicación de la medida. | dc.description.abstract | In the European Union, almost half of the energy consumed belongs to the building sector. This, together with the commitment to achieve the Kyoto Protocol levels, in terms of energy consumption and emissions of greenhouse gases, has led to changes in the legislation of the sector, directing it towards attaining buildings of low energy cost. In Spain, from 1st June 2013, it is required to make the energy performance certificate available to buyers and/or users every time buildings or units thereof are built, reformed, rehabilitated sold or rented. For existing buildings, the certificate will include a proposal of a series of measures to improve the energy rating, and the impact of each measure will be indicated. The aim of this work is to study, in detail, the results obtained after implementing energy saving measures in existing buildings, through the creation of marginal abatement cost curves, showing the results in savings obtained in relation to the cost of implementing the measure.
